I'm not really a fan of this kind of fictional horror work much. But I had one question. Who is more powerful stronger mightier greater higher between It/Pennywise and the Crimson King? All I know is: It's closest true form is an otherworldly extradimensional demonic alien "giant spider" from the "Darkness Beyond The Universe" (Macroverse) made of the destructive orange light "Deadlights". While the Crimson King from the Dark Tower is really seriously the "Anti-God" of the whole Stephen King's horror fiction Multiverse (Metaverse), the pure Personification/Manifestation/Embodiment of Evil, Chaos and Destruction, as well as the title "Lord of the Spiders" (the word "Spiders" in this case I think it might not be the same normal spiders in our three-dimensional world surely, is it mean the "Cosmic Spiders" creatures like that of It/Pennywise?), the Dark Lord who desires to destroy everything and everyone all of creation in existence. From such cosmic-scale OP powers, I guess Crimson King is more powerful...
